Edgy Lacy Nail Tutorial (really bad, but you get the gist ;p)
This was the first time I did this and it looks really bad, I KNOW. BUT I know so many other people are GREAT at precision cutting and working on their nails and may want to try this out! ^.^ So I thought I’d share anyways, as embarrassing as this is. x)
I’ll redo it another time and make it better :3
What you need:
Base polish
Lace
Black polish
Top coat
NAIL FILE
What I used:
Sinful Colors in Toxic Shine
Black lace I found at good will
Nail art deco striper in black
Seche Vite top coat
regular nail file
What I did:
1. Painted nails with base color
2. Added a stripe of black nail polish for where I wanted the lace to go. I helped “blend” it in (yeah right.. xD) with dapping some nail polish on the edge of the line with a sponge.
3. Cut out some lace
4.Add some clear polish to use as a “glue”.
5.Put your lace in place!
6. File off the excess lace. It will come right off :)
Bubbly nails with Kayleena!
I don’t have an orange polish, otherwise, this would totally be halloween material :P
I really like the way it looks though. Reminds me of the Target Logo.
Whatever. Lol!
I’m getting tired so this is probably not even half assed….it’s worse than half of a booty.
How to:
Paint nails black
Use bobby pin to make polka dots with a white polish
Use red polish with bobby pin to cover some or all of the white dots
On some of the dots put black in the middle.
Voila ;D

Starry Night Halloween Nails with Kayleena!
I picked up this polish the other day ( the blue one ) it’s Wet ‘n’ Wild Fast dry polish in Teal of fortune. It has a GORGEOUS blue/green base with a green and turquoise sparkle… Just like my retainer ;D mwahha.
It was only 2 bucks and at Rite Aid it’s buy one get one 50% off so I got this other cool color that I’ll show you guys later. ;D!
I’m starting to really like Wet ‘n’ wild polishes! They are so cheap but don’t chip, and don’t fade. They only take 2-3 coats to apply, take 60 seconds to dry, and come in really fun colors!
Anywho, this is what I did :)
Painted my nails with the blue sparkly color for the “sky”
Drew on some stars with my white striper brush, and a moon on my ring finger.
Colored in some of the stars with some silver polish.
Added some random “stars” with a bobby pin and the silver polish… Just made a few randomly sized dots on each nail around the real stars. :D
And that’s it.
I really, really, really love halloween.
I can’t stress it enough.
I went to every store in town in search of either China Glaze’s or OPI’s glow in the dark polishes… CAN’T FIND THEM ANYWHERE.
Ordering offline. >.> Bleh.
Well, more to come as always!

Vampire fangs nail tutorial with Kayleena!
Not even gonna try to make up something corny about these babies. xD They are a bit messy, they looked much better before I added the black but from a distance they were okay!
:)
How to:
1.paint nail black.
2. Paint tip white.
3. draw your fangs and your teeth with short tiny strokes!
4. Paint on your gums and dab a bit of red on the fangs.
5. Draw around teefers with black :D and seal with top coat.
Cute jeweled spider web nails with Kayleena!
(ignore the gimp nail… >.> stupid middle finger… if I could flip my own middle finger off I would.)
Soooo… >=D MWAHA. I think these are so cute! Maybe it’s just the sparkles, but whatever. I just love Halloween.
What you need:
Black nail polish
White striper/ white polish with brush
Clear coat
Jewels! I got mine for about 2 dollars (Yes, that WHOLE THING) at Michael’s. WAYYY CHEAPER than the nail jewels and they do the same thing.
How to:
1. Paint nails solid black (or purple… that’d be cute @.@)
2. Draw lines extending from one area of your nail. Except for on your ring finger, draw one line straight down with three smaller lines on either side of the end of the line.
3. Fill in those lines with smaller curved lines to make your web!
4. Paint with top coat.
5. You can leave it at painting with the top coat, or you can add jewels or more colors to spice up your web and spider! I applied some jewels randomly on my web (clear), and a big purple one for my spiders body, and some small blue ones for the ends of it’s legs!
6. Seal jewels with top coat.
You can completely customize this look to your liking. :D Have fun!

Creepy blood splattered nails with Kayleena!
These nails make me pee my pants with excitement. I love the way they look and they are PERFECTO for halloween! They are so easy and there is no way to mess ‘em up…. unless they are smudged ;D. They also work really well on any nail length! (as you can see from my horrendous nails… they are starting to just break off. I was gardening all weekend :( boo!)
What you need:
Red nail polish
Base coat of any color you like. I chose a light grey.
Bobby pin or Dotting tool or Toothpick
How to:
1. Paint nails with base coat.
2. Pick up your red polish with your tool and place dots on the nail and trace a line down to the tip of your nail.
3. Connect all of the lines you made along the tip of the nail.
4. Add some more random dots above to make it look like it was splattered!
5. Seal with top coat.
Voila ;D! My tip is to not make these “perfect”
Obviously.
They are super easy to do on your non-dominant hand as well since they don’t require any straight lines!
LOVE,
Kayleena!

3. use dark color with your tool of choice to paint “C“‘s around the medium colored dot. Do them wherever you want!
4. Add in your crazy color ontop of the medium color wherever you’d like!
5. Finish with clear coat.
;D Done!
Cute pin-up cherry nails with Kayleeena!
I love this look, it reminds me of the pin-up days… Not sure why! I took this photo before I cleaned everything up so it’s, once again, messy as always!
What do you need?
1. Red/pink polish for cherries (or whatever color you like, white, black, whatever)
2. Color for your stem. I used a green and a sparkly green.
3. White nail polish (base)
4. Toothpick or small brush
5. Clear coat!
how to?
1. Paint nails white (or whatever base color you’d like)
2. Dot on cherries, I used a nail art pen so it was super easy, however, using a bobby pin and dipping it in your polish will be just as easy! I dotted them sort of all over my nails, excluding my ring finger.
3. Draw a stem coming up from the top of the cherries :D! I used a plain green color, and for my ring finger I layered over a glitter polish. It’s best to use a smaller brush or toothpick for this.
4. Dot the cherries with some white for a reflection, it also gives them some depth.
5. Finish with a top coat!
You’re lookin’ precious ;)
Bumble Bee nail tutorial with Kayleena :)
Tomorrow I will show you guys how to do newspaper nails! I just have to buy either some vodka or rubbing alcohol ;).
I really liked this so I thought I’d show you guys :3 it’s just cute, not fashionable or anything.
1.Painted nails a blue color to simulate sky (you choose whatever color you’d like.
2. Used a nail art pen to dot the “bee line” over my nails until the thumb, I also drew a yellow oval for the bee’s body on my thumb.
3. Drew in the bee, gave him a stinger, two wings, and stripes. I filled the wings in with some white nail polish.
4. Finished product!
5. OPTIONAL, add some clouds on!
And then of course, finish with a top coat.
It looks really messy up close but from far away you can’t even tell :P
:3 enjoy!
