Summer is the time of year that I just don’t care. I don’t wear much makeup, nor do my hair often. It’s usually pretty natural! I don’t like having on a lot of makeup when I’m swimming daily, hiking, or just being hot, so here we go!

Wet ‘n’ Wild Limited Edition Fauna Collection!
This cute little kit includes
I was excited to get this because it only costs 5 bucks, I’ve never tried their blushes or Glassy Glosses, and I usually love their eyeshadows!
I’m sad to say I was a bit disappointing though. The shadows intensity was not as fantastic as other Wet n Wild products I’ve used, it was surprising to me! The purple had the HARDEST time swatching and so did the teal. I really enjoy the “browbone” color though! It’s really pretty, light, and springy to me.
The blush is adorable and is probably my favorite thing out of the bunch. I like the slim design it has. The color pay off is great and it lasts a while! I’ll probably purchase some full sized ones later on.
The lipgloss was NOT something I enjoyed. It felt sticky, was runny, had very little color to it, AND the taste was horrible. I am very picky about glosses though and have always preferred lipsticks so maybe I’m just biased.
The Nail color is cute, I love the Fast Dry line from Wet n Wild. They dry quickly, takes 2-3 coats to apply, and have awesome colors. Teal or No Teal is a really fun and bright turquoise color that I can see myself wearing this spring!
All in all, I’m really sad about the eyeshadow trio not being as fantastic as some of their other shadows, the gloss wasn’t fantastic, but I do really love the nail polish and blush!

Haul time!
I stopped at Grocery Outlet, which is a super awesome- yet ghetto- place to buy some groceries and home things. They always have drugstore makeup there FOR SUPER CHEAP! As you can see, I bought 3 normally 8-9 dollar items for less than 3 dollars! Along with the blush/bronzer/highlight I purchased a Maybelline eyebrow pencil and and Elf eyeshadow primer which I’ve never tried before and will soon have a review on.
The Revlon bronzer was a bit dissapointing. Very sheer and a very odd texture but it is blendable and would look amazing on fair skin for a subtle tint of color.
The Maybelline “blush” in Stage Glow is a glittery highlight color that I’m not sure what I’ll use for… I’ll find something!
The other Maybelline blush is this GORGEOUS deep red color. When applied lightly on fair skin it gives the appearance of a sunburn, which in some cases in my opinion can almost be a bit sexy! a bit of bronzer and a VERY light dusting of this on the bridge of your nose and cheek bones with liven up that wintery gray colored skin I have in a jiffy. It’s also perfect for the “hi I’m sexy and dirty because I’m in the hit TV series of Lost.”
They eyebrow pencil is just an eyebrow pencil, I love Maybelline for these!
Anything you’d guys like me to talk about more in depth? :)
Nyx Rouge Cream Blush in Glow.
Another one of these! For 6 bucks I’m really loving them. This is a more matte color, not as glossy, and has a gorgeous pinky glow to it. It’s the glow you get after a good workout, a bit of sun, or after a cute somebody gives you a kiss on the cheek!
Nyx Cream Blush in Tickled
I picked this stuff up from Ulta because I felt like it looked extremely unique in color and I wanted to add a cream blush to my collection!
As http://thewaspsnest.tumblr.com/ pointed out, IT DOES LOOK JUST LIKE NARS’ ORGASM IN CREAM FORM! Go thank her for being a genius. :)
It’s not what I was expecting, when I started to rub my finger on the product it began to warm up and become “glossy.” I found it to be super unique! Usually cream blushes come off as more… Creamy (for lack of a better word.)
Anyways, I was pleased, nonetheless, with the consistency of this product. It’s sheer, which is fantastic because it’s a very bold color. It’s a coral with gold flecks in it, and it’s just fantastic to me!
I found that I could use this as a gloss, since it is glossy when packed on a bit more. The gloss finish dissipates after blending it onto your skin.

Review of Mac’s Mineralize Skin Finish in Petticoat.
Mac’s skin finishes are probably one of my most favorite products from Mac. I recently used up all my other ones so I’ll have to get some more! First off, these things last for FOREVER. I’ve had mine a good year and a half now. They aren’t matte, so if you like that look, pass these up!
This one, Petticoat, has the most beautiful veining I’ve ever seen in a blush! Lately Mac has been making their veining much smaller and less noticeable in some of their mineral products. This one has thick lines of a rosy cranberry metallic, encased in a golden frosted pink!
The color is so unique, the gold sheen to is just absolutely gorgeous. It just makes your skin glow. There are no chunks of glitter or sparkles in this at all.
Sometimes I apply it on my eyelids with some mixing medium and the results come out phenomenal!
I think it’s a great product and a gorgeous color.

Dream Bouncy Blush Review in Orchid Hush!
This stuff is SO COOL. When I first touched it, I had no idea what to expect! It’s a really soft cream, but applies like a powder. Does that make sense? Anyways, I was almost thinking it’d be like a mousse or something, but it’s really not.
The color I picked is Orchid Hush. It’s a pink with blue/purple undertones. It was the very last one they had there, which is perfect because it’s the one I’ve been eyeing for a while!
It takes a bit of oomph to get the color off though. When you press down, the color doesn’t really come off, it just sort of makes a dent in the product! It’s bizzare! So I just rub my fingers around a bit and then apply.
I’m not sure how it works with a brush application, I haven’t tested that yet! It feels so soft, light, and smooth. You can hardly tell that its even on your skin! It leaves a nice flush of color, it’s nothing too dramatic. They have lots of different shades that will flatter every skin tone!

Cons:
Retails for 7 dollars.
I found mine at Target!
