Essence Gel Liner in Berlin Rocks
This stuff really does rock! It’s extremely smooth and creamy, seems to be pretty waterproof and just glides right on. I think I bought it for a $1.50 and that was 50% off, so they are usually around $3.00! What a steal for a great gel liner!
Dries to a beautiful matte finish with a fuchsia sheen to it. Really seems to last all day for me!
